When I first started blogging, I must have blogged at hundreds of sites. What happened is that the quality of my blogs basically sucked. I couldn't really find a niche and most were written just to put in an entry. So begins a new year in blogging for me. I have axed many sites, and I've noticed an improvement on the ones I still blog at. This site is one of them, but over the coming weeks I must establish a common thread at this site.

This marks a new year and a new start in blogging. Hopefully I will contribute to this site more than I have. As I still try to find some sort of niche, this blog will start evolving and building. I hope that by the end of this year, blogging to me will be second nature like breathing.

Today is the last day I will have to enjoy before my busy season starts tomorrow. Today there's plenty of barbeques, foods and beverages, parades and fireworks. So I plan on enjoying it. After today until the end of August, all hell will break loose!

Where have all those years gone. At one time it seemed like I would never grow up, and a year seemed like a lifetime. Time seemed to be in too much abundance and wasting it was no big deal. Now the years go by like a passing train at a crossing. The boxcars represent how quickly the years seem to pass now.
